Middle School Students
Free online tutoring is available for middle school students
Free online tutoring services remain available during the 2023-24 school year for middle school students. Through the Stride Tutoring platform, students can select tutors/educators who best meet their specific needs. Tutoring sessions may be scheduled by individual students outside of school hours. All tutors are certified teachers who develop instruction to help students succeed. Tutors provide feedback after every tutoring session regarding progress.
Students can log on to Stride Tutoring from the student backpack on their Chromebook. They do not need a teacher referral or recommendation to receive tutoring services. All the information needed to get started is included on the school division’s website. Stride Tutoring is providing these services for Chesterfield County Public Schools through federal relief funds provided to address the impact of COVID-19 on schools.
