There is a $26.25 sitting fee per student (payable during online booking by credit card or PayPal). All appointment bookings will receive an email confirmation with your booking appointment.

If the Grad wants to purchase from only one of the sets of their gallery photos, please reach out to Smart Photography to arrange for a sitting fee refund. If the Grad chooses to purchase photos from both galleries (original and retake session), the sitting fee is non-refundable.

We are raising dough with Indeygo! Who doesn't love cookies? We are selling scoop and bake cookie dough. There are 11 amazing flavors to choose from and each package makes 48 cookies. The dough can be frozen and thawed. All dough is made with non-hydrogenated ingredients and no preservatives added.

The next Grad Parent Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 6 pm at Bellerose.

Commencement Ceremony:

Location: Edmonton Convention Centre (9797 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, AB)

Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025

Time: 10:00 am

• A commencement fee (see below) is applied to each graduating student at the beginning of the school year.
• Tickets are not required to attend the commencement ceremony and there is no limit on the number of guests attending.
• Graduates need to be on site by 9:15 am

Time: Orange Fountain Films on location 4:00 pm, Group Photo (Legislature Stairs) 4:30 pm

Time: Doors open at 5:00 pm/Dinner served at 6:00 pm

• Banquet tickets are required for each person attending. Tickets will go on sale in May. More information to follow regarding banquet ticket sales.

The Commencement fee of $110, payable through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, is charged to all graduating students and is used to cover costs related to the Commencement Ceremony which includes grad gown rentals, caps, tassels, stoles, diploma covers, diploma printing, decorations, flowers, video recordings etc.

*please note the Commencement Fee does not include any banquet tickets.

To be eligible to participate in graduation activities, Bellerose students must meet the requirements for an Alberta high school diploma by the end of June of their Grade 12 year. Students must have completed, or be enrolled in and passing, sufficient courses to meet all diploma requirements, including a minimum of 100 credits. Students who wish to have independent study or off-campus courses as part of the qualifications must provide documentation of course registration.

• Students should ensure they are registered in the appropriate courses to meet the requirements.

• Students should ensure they will be able to earn sufficient credits to meet the minimum 100 credits.
