Our Howdy Hawks Back to School Dance is TOMORROW, September 4th, from 7pm-9pm on the football field. Pre Sale tickets begin today and will be sold through lunch tomorrow. Prices are $10 with a CSB sticker and $12 without, all tickets will be $15 at the door (CASH ONLY). This is an event for CHS students ONLY, everyone must show a current CHS student ID to enter the dance. You must have a dance contract turned into the Activities Office to purchase a ticket, dance contracts are available in the Activities Office.

Club Day is this Friday in the gym at lunch. If you are interested in joining a club this year, come to the gym on Friday to see all of the clubs or campus has to offer and sign up!

SAT Exam on October 5th. Register on College Board by September 20th. Late registration is available until September 24th. Secure your seat and register EARLY!

The PSAT/NMSQT will be hosted at Centennial on Saturday, October 12, at 7:30am. This practice test, primarily for juniors but open to sophomores too, is the most practical way to prepare for the SAT which more colleges are now using for admittance purposes. Students need to sign up by paying $25 (card, check, or cash) in the Finance Office by October 1st.

PSAT 10 (for sophomores only) will be hosted at Centennial on March 29, 2025, and the PSAT 8/9 (freshmen only) will be hosted at Centennial on April 26, 2025. Sign-ups and $25 payments for PSAT 10 and PSAT 8/9 will be due in the Spring semester.

Student absences are required to be cleared within 72 hours. Communication with the Attendance Office is available in the following ways, listed from most preferred to least*:
