Excited for Spring Ahead!

Looking forward to more sunshine and warmer days as we step into April. There are a lot of fun and interesting events coming up this season. We have planned field trips, track meets, and enjoyable assemblies. I am incredibly proud of our students for their hard work towards achieving their academic goals. The end-of-year testing will begin soon, and I am confident our students will excel!

Below, you will find details about enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year. Kindergarten students and returning Nebo students can start registering on April 8, 2024. New students to Nebo can begin registering on April 22, 2024.

Attendance Reminder and Goals

Attention all students! We want to emphasize the importance of regular school attendance. Our new target for individual attendance is 94%. This is crucial for eligibility to attend the upcoming Swim Party on May 10. The percentage threshold has been adjusted due to the party date, so strive to achieve that benchmark.

In addition to individual goals, we are implementing class and school-wide attendance targets. Every week, classes with the highest overall attendance average will be acknowledged.

Tardiness is another area we are focusing on. Last week, we recorded 107 tardies in just one week! Let's work together to reduce this number. Remember, school starts promptly at 8:45 AM. Ensure that all students are in their classrooms ready to learn by this time. Let's make attendance a top priority for a successful school year!

We are starting to take appointments for Preschool Testing. The dates are April 8, 15, & 22. Please call the Front Office to schedule a time. Please note, we will only be doing a 4 year old class. We will not be serving 3 year old's next year. Please bring Proof of Residency and Birth Certificate when you come in for your appointment.

We are excited about our upcoming track meets for 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade. They will be held at Spanish Fork High School Track. The dates are:

3rd Grade: 4/23

4th Grade: 4/25

5th Grade: 4/30

Make-up Day if needed: 5/2

If you need or know anyone in need of groceries, the Utah Food Bank Mobile Pantry is in Spanish Fork EVERY FRIDAY at 1138 W 100 S from 9 am to 10 am. Please pass the word along!
