What a fun week! We enjoyed seeing your creativity for Wacky Hair Day! Thank you to our amazing bus drivers for the Halloween morning glow parties! Thank you for supporting CCYA pajama day! We raised $400 for this worthy organization. Thanks for all you do to make Vaughan a special place!

October STEM Family Challenge!

Congratulations to these Rocket Scientists for building a bird feeder for the October STEM Family Challenge! The November challenge is now open!

STEM Day!

Vaughan will be celebrating National STEM Day on November 8th! The whole school will be engaging in the engineering design process by working through a design challenge related to their standards. From Hoovervilles to Munchkinland, the students will use their ingenuity to solve real-world problems and put their STEM thinking to the test! We can’t wait for you to hear all about their fun!

Check out this month's STEM Family Challenge! Click the photo to hear Mr. Drawdy read about volcanoes and then build one of your own! Bring in your project by November 20. The winners will get to demonstrate their volcanoes on the morning news!

Smarty Pants!

Congratulations to these hard-working students! They completed the most DreamBox (online math) lessons in their grade level and got to sign the smarty pants!
