The Board of Executive Officers with support from the Rev. FX Nguyễn Thanh Bình Nguyễn, SVD, General Chaplain, and Rev. Giuse Ngô Đình Thông, CSsR, Assistant General Chaplain of Academic Affairs, hereby announces change to the 2017-2018 national calendar of activities.

• 2017 | Replace SMHLVCC and Specialized Topic Training Camp with Youth-Leader Trainers Conference.
  
• 2018 | Replace Knights of the Eucharist National Convention with the Joshua Leadership Conference.
  

Please review these changes in the National 2014-2018 Calendar.

The National Executive Committee will socialize rationales for the changes in the upcoming National Leadership Assembly teleconference meeting on August 29th, 2016. Please follow up with your respective Regional Executive Committee for meeting minutes.

New Annual Membership Fee of $15 per VEYM Member starting from Sinh Hoạt Year 2016-2017

Objectives

1. Implement an annual membership fee of $15 per VEYM member by the end of February 28th of each year, starting in Sinh Hoạt Year 2016-2017. $10 would go to the National Headquarters, $3 to Region and $2 to League of Chapters or $5 to the regions with no League of Chapters.
   
2. Have the necessary funds to contribute to overall operations of the VEYM Database, Administrative Matters and Online Programs.
   
3. Continue to support financially the development of a national database registration, which improves evidence-based care and satisfies the growing regulatory demand for quantifiable effectiveness of VEYM programs.
   
4. Develop and update Training programs on both natural and spiritual aspects.
   
5. Develop materials and spiritual programs for youth.
