Vector FAQ
Can I begin working on my training prior to the start of the year?
Yes. Teachers will be provided with a designated time in August, and classified staff can complete training when they return to work. However, if you want to begin working on them now you are welcome to do that.
How do I log into my Vector Training?
Follow THIS link. Your username is your email and your password should be your regular password. Many of you should have an account from last year. If you have trouble logging in, complete the Google Form and someone will get back to you quickly.
New Staff: Your username will be your email and the password will be the first 5 letters of your email
How does the district determine which training I need to do?
Trainings are assigned to jobs based upon state and federal regulations. Trainings such as Title IX, Bloodborne pathogens and Child Abuse Reporting are mandatory for all staff members per state statute.
How long do I have to complete the training?
The trainings all have a due date of October 15th. If you have circumstances that may prevent you from hitting that deadline, please notify your supervisor so that they can make arrangements with me.
What do I do if my login isn’t working or I feel that my training assignments are incorrect?
If you have issues with your Vector training, submit your issues on this Google Form and someone will get back to you quickly.
Professional Advancment Goes Digital
We are moving to a digital process for professional advancement. Information was sent out before the end of the school year in previous HR Updates, but you can also find the instrutions HERE. Reach out to me if you plan to submit coursework and have not yet received a digital document.
PTO Pay Out
For those who either 1. already had a full back of 50 days or 2. selected to be paid out for your remaining PTO days, you will see that payment reflected in the August paycheck.
Leave Open on Aug 1st
As the preschool year draws to an end, Dellene will be working on closing out the sub system for this year and rolling over to the 24-25 school year in the coming weeks. We anticipate that the sub system will be available to enter leave on August 1st. I will send more information out a few days prior.
