Hello Rock Nation,

Who else experienced weather whiplash this weekend? One day we're breaking out the shorts at 88 degrees, the next we're reaching for jackets at 50! As we settle into February and prepare for Super Bowl festivities, I hope you were able to make the most of this roller coaster weather. (And may tonight's game end in a tie with fantastic commercials - I promise this isn't coming from a disappointed Washington fan! 😊)

Here are some important updates for our Rock Hill community:

Go Red Month in PISD

February marks "Go Red Month" in Prosper ISD. Join our staff and students in showing support for heart health awareness by wearing RED attire each Monday this month.

February 11 Student Send-off

We invite our community to join us on Tuesday, February 11th (12:15-12:25) as we celebrate and send off our Blue Hawks who will be representing Rock Nation across the state of Texas this week.

Blood Drive - February 13

We will be hosting a blood drive on February 13th. Your participation can help save lives in our community. [Add registration/location details here]

Student Holidays

Please note that students will not have classes on Friday, February 14th, and Monday, February 17th.

Thank you to our entire Rock Hill community. This week, our students will be representing Rock Nation in various competitions and events across Texas. Your support and Blue Hawk spirit make these opportunities possible for our students. We truly couldn't do it without you!

This amazing film has made it so STATE SEMI FINALS! Wish these students luck as they compete for State finals in the next few weeks!

This past Saturday, the RHHS JROTC showcased their dedication and hard work at a competition held at Wylie East High School. Competing against 22 schools, our teams—including the Unarmed and Armed Drill Teams, Male and Female Color Guards, and PT Teams—delivered outstanding performances.

We are proud to announce that our team placed 3rd overall! Additionally, we earned 2nd place in Inspection, 2nd in Female Color Guard, and 1st in Unarmed Exhibition.

The Black Student Union invites everyone at Rock Nation to join us in celebrating the richness of Black culture by participating in our week of dress activities from February 24 to February 28.
