Data Confirmation
We need all OPA parents to complete Data Confirmation to ensure that we have the most accurate information for each of our Champions. In order to view your child’s professor on August 9th, you must complete Data Confirmation. Professor assignments are not available in Aeries until noon the day of Meet Your Professor. Thank you in advance for taking the time to update your Champion(s) information prior to the start of the school year.
How do I log into Aeries Parent Portal Account?
Throughout this process, you will complete all of the “Start-up Packet” forms and information so that we have accurate, up-to-date information for your student. To complete Data Confirmation, click HERE to log into your Aeries Parent Portal.
What if you have forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” link on the page. If you do not have an account, you should receive an email with the required information including “permanent ID number” and “verification code” within the next day or two. If you do not receive this email, you may reach our office for this information via email at info-saddleback@opaschools.org.
What if I do not have access to a computer/printer?
If you do not have access to a computer or printer to complete the Data Confirmation process, you may complete the process during Meet Your Professor. Please note, computers will be limited, so it is recommended that you have the process completed and forms printed before coming to the school on August 9th. If forms are not completed and printed, you will need to wait your turn to access a computer and printer during Meet Your Professor. Lines for computers have historically been LONG.
Why am I completing the Intent to Return form so early?
This year we have to provide the Saddleback USD with signed forms from our families that they are interested in returning to OPA next year. Filling out this form does not bind you to OPA for the 2025-26 school year. These forms give us data to show Saddleback USD that we are able to continually fill our current facilities with students next year.
Campus Beautification

OPA Dress Code Policy
Champions are expected to be dressed for success on a daily basis. Please make sure your Champion(s) follow the school Dress Code Policy. It is available on the OPA-SV website under Resources. For your convenience a direct link can be found HERE. You may purchase OPA Wear that meets our Dress Code Policy by visiting Schoolbelles (use school code S3000) online or Uniforms4U at their store front location in San Juan Capistrano. Schoolbelles and Uniforms4U are our official OPA Wear vendors, however, families can purchase dress code appropriate pieces from other vendors, such as Walmart, Children's Place, Amazon, or Target, if they choose. Families who need financial assistance to purchase OPA Wear can reach out to our school front office.
Student Emergency Kit
Your child’s safety is a top priority for us. Oxford Preparatory Academy conducts monthly safety drills, we have a safety team that meets monthly and staff provide feedback after each drill. Our team utilizes this information to update and improve our practices. We believe that by establishing, communicating and practicing the plan, we will be able to manage difficult situations more effectively.
As part of our comprehensive school safety plan, we need your help preparing emergency kits for your child(ren). Natural hazards, disasters and emergencies can happen at any time and we must be prepared.
Please create your kit and send it with your child to school by Friday, September 27, 2024 (see guidelines below) (*Important: Expiration dates should be after June 2025):
