Bellin College will be visiting Bay Harbor on May 2nd to conduct Vision Screenings for all Kindergarten, 1st and 3rd Graders.

HSSD Community Survey
HSSD residents: You should have received a mailed postcard to participate in a community-wide survey. The goal of the survey is to gather input on what we are doing well, where we need to improve, and to help establish planning priorities. There are also questions designed to gather feedback specific to district parents and guardians. The survey is open until April 26, 2024. Thank you for taking the survey and providing feedback! THE GIVING TREE NEWSLETTER:
This month The Giving Tree is collecting donated band and orchestra instruments (must be working and in good condition). Instruments can be dropped off at the District Office, 2706 Lineville Rd, from 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday. If you would like a donation receipt for tax purposes, please leave your contact information and a receipt will be mailed or emailed to you.
The Giving Tree appreciates the community support in helping ensure all students have access to participating in music!

TASTE OF THE VILLAGES
Coming up on April 18, The Giving Tree’s 16th Annual Taste of the Villages and Auction is made possible by the generous donations of our kind and caring community friends like you. Gift certificates, gift cards to restaurants, businesses and events and silent auction items are needed and greatly appreciated. The Taste of the Villages and Auction is the primary fundraiser for The Giving Tree providing school supplies, monthly grocery basics, holiday assistance, field trips, band/orchestra/music expenses and personal care items just to name a few.
If you would like to contribute to the success of this event by making a donation contact The Giving Tree auction team by phone or email to schedule drop off or pick up for gift baskets, raffle donations and gift cards.

E-Ticketing for Bay Port Athletics
Starting with the fall 2023 sports season, Bay Port will move to electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) through GoFan. Tickets for sporting events can be purchased online prior to any athletic event or on-site. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted.
