STAR Assessment Results Now Available
Students in grades K-8 recently completed the STAR screening assessments with students in grades K and 1 taking *STAR Early Literacy, grades 2-8 taking *STAR Reading, and grades 1-8 taking STAR Math.
This week, your child’s school will send the STAR Family Report(s) (example). The results of the assessments have also been loaded into Skyward Family Access under the Test Scores tab. Scores will be listed under the Test Date of 06/06/25. These assessments take a snapshot of how the students are performing and measure how they grow throughout the school year, while also providing valuable information that helps to guide instruction in the classrooms.
If you have any questions regarding STAR, please contact your child's teacher or principal.
*Winter 2024-25 will be the final STAR Early Literacy and STAR Reading assessment for grades K-3. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, in accordance with ACT 20, will provide and launch a new literacy screener, aimswebPlus, that will replace STAR. More information will be provided this winter.
