Need to Know
- On Tuesday, all students will report to their advisory at the very beginning of the day.
- Report cards will be sent home with students in their advisory class on January 13th.
- Rising Night will be January 29th from 4:30pm-6pm. This is for our CURRENT 5th & 6th grade students. We will be sending details about this event next week. Mark your calendars!

Do you ever ask your child about his/her day and you get a one word answer? or a shrug? Use these questions to find out more about your child's day!
Career Awareness 6 -What did you learn about the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Cluster from MHC's Senior Lease Account Executive Mr. Holt? What do you think is the most valuable thing you learned in class this quarter?
Health 6 -What is the most important thing you've learned about your own health and how will you support your own health in the future?

Congratulations Mr. Butler!
Congratulations to our own Jeremy Butler! He was honored on Thursday by Dean Kate Mamiseishvili, Dean of the UA College of Education & Health Professions (left) and Renee Speight, UA Assistant Professor of Special Education (right). Mr. Butler has been selected to receive the UARK College of Education & Health Professions Emerging Leader in Education Award. He will be honored at an event at the University of Arkansas in March. Way to go Mr. Butler!

Friday our boys basketball team recognized Mrs. Weisflog and Mrs. McDonald as Hellstern Rock Stars! Way to go!
Mobile Art Lab
On Thursday, we had the Mobile Art Lab here from Crystal Bridges. By the end of the year, every student will get an opportunity to have this experience. Thank you to Crystal Bridges for coming to us - what a fun day!
