The Mounds View Public Schools app has a new look, specifically designed to make it easier than ever to stay connected. While the content (like menus and bus status updates) remains the same, you’ll notice an updated design in the new app.
- Apple/iPhone users don't need to take any action. The app will automatically update to the new version.
- Android users will need to delete the current app from their device and download the new one.

Zoe Kourajian, social studies teacher at Edgewood Middle School, has been named a finalist for the 2025 Minnesota Teacher of the Year award. The program celebrates the tradition of excellence in teaching in Minnesota. An independent selection panel will interview the finalist candidates next month, and the winner will be announced May 4. During the week of May 5-9, Mounds View Public Schools will recognize all staff during Staff Appreciation Week. The Summer EBT program has a new name: SUN Bucks. If your student receives Educational Benefits, you qualify for SUN Bucks! Qualifying families get a grocery benefit for each student this summer. Learn more about the SUN Bucks program here.
