We hope you are having a great summer! We are so excited to begin the new school year! The first day of school is Wednesday, August 14. In order to be prepared for the new school year, please complete your Annual Family Update (Online Registration) prior to attending our Puma Prep Days. Please see the information in this newsletter regarding Puma Prep Days, CHS Web Store, Puma Spirit Packs, and Pictures/ ID.

Please find your date according to grade level and specific designated times according to the alpha (by last name). Please come at your scheduled date and time.

Below is a look at the check-off list you will use on your schedule Puma Prep Day.

We will provide you with a check off list when you arrive!

It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR.

Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:

• may not be enrolled in a class for the 24/25 school year
• may not receive a schedule
• and may not be able to participate in school business / Puma Prep days in August.

It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for next school year.

Please note, this process is for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY. If you have a child in your family who will be new to TVUSD for the 24/25 school year, you must complete the New Student Enrollment process. Click HERE for New Student Enrollment instructions.

We changed our Web Store at the very end of the year. Please make sure that you have set up your new account first in order to purchase spirit packs. We strongly encourage you to purchase items online prior to Puma Prep Days in order to avoid long lines and get priority pick up for purchased items that day. There are NO additional service fee charges for using a credit card online. See the links below to learn how to set up your new account (for students and parents) and for access to the web store.

Spirit packs and gear will be ready for purchase online starting Monday, July 1. Please make sure that you have first created an account on the web store (see above).

Tuesday, August 6th 8:30 - 2:00 (same day as Freshman Puma Prep Day), Freshman can attend tours and parents can attend an information session after visiting all of the stations during your scheduled Puma Prep time. Parent presentations and student tours will be running regularly throughout the day.

Please make sure to download the 5 Star app in order to access your digital ID card and earn participation points throughout the year!
