WE are READY!

SIS staff continues to work hard as we look to open our new school. Below you will see a list of staff members who will be the first EVER employees of Solon Intermediate. Many of these employees will be shared with other buildings obviously. We are so thankful for their positivity!

Questions from last month...

We had a few questions from this past month. Thanks to those of you that have questions and submit them! Here they are...

1. Will students have to wait outside before they can enter the building every morning? ANSWER: No, we will have a gathering space for the kids in the morning inside the building. Times and location have not been finalized yet.

2. What type of playground equipment will be available for our 4th and 5th grade students? We will have blacktop with basketball hoops, along with plenty of green space for games. I have met with all 4th grade students to get input regarding what they think should be available during recess and we have generated a good list. We will not be able to get all of it, but we hope to get a couple of the requested items.

3. Will 4th and 5th Grade both have band? No, only 5th grade band.
