We hope that all of you stayed safe and fared well through Hurricane Helene last week. If you or someone you know needs assistance as a result of the hurricane, please reach out to your child’s counselor or contact the school so that we may help.
1st Quarter Community Connection Night and Annual Title One Parent Meeting:
This Wednesday, October 2, 2024, we will host the annual Title One Parent Meeting at 5 PM in the media center on campus. This meeting will be part of our 1st Quarter Community Connection Night. Please see the attached flyer for details on other activities and how to sign up for a parent-teacher conference on Wednesday evening.
Tuesday’s Away Football Game:
If you are planning to attend Tuesday night’s football game at PVMS, please refer to the attached map for parking and gate entry information. Pineview Middle School games are cash-only for tickets and concessions. Clear bag policies and restrictions on outside food, water containers, etc., will be strictly enforced.
Monday’s Home Volleyball Game:
We are excited to host our final home volleyball game tonight against the John Long Longhorns. Please come out and support our girls!
October Resiliency:
For the month of October, we will continue our resiliency education with students, focusing on responsible decision-making. Responsible decision-making involves considering all options and outcomes to make the best choice. Attached to the newsletter is a helpful parent flyer to assist with reinforcing responsible decision-making at home.
