A Note for Traffic Flow & Safety for Parents
Dear Harmony School of Endeavor Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to emphasize the importance of
adhering to our dismissal and drop-off procedures for the safety of all students at
Harmony School of Endeavor.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure environment, it is imperative that all
parents adhere to the following guidelines:
Left Lane Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
● All students must be dropped off and picked up on the left lane
respectively.
● Please refrain from using the right lane for dropping off students, as this
can create an unsafe environment for your child.
No Cutting in Line:
● We have observed instances of cars cutting the line during drop-off and
pick-up times.
● We kindly request the cooperation of all parents to follow the designated
line and wait patiently for your turn.
Respect for Neighbors:
● We have noticed some cars using neighboring apartment complex parking
lots as shortcuts.
● It is essential to respect our neighbors and refrain from using their parking
areas for school drop-off and pick-up.
At Harmony School of Endeavor, the safety of our students is our top priority. We want
to create a secure and organized environment during arrival and dismissal times.
Following the designated procedures ensures a smooth process and reduces the risk of
accidents or conflicts.
We understand that the morning rush can be challenging, but your cooperation,
courtesy, and kindness contribute significantly to the overall safety of our students.
We sincerely appreciate your support in following these guidelines and reinforcing the
importance of safety with your fellow parents. Please refer to our weekly newsletters for
any updates or reminders regarding dismissal and drop-off procedures.
If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to our school office.
Your commitment to the safety of our students is invaluable, and we thank you for your
cooperation.
Best regards,
Harmony School Of Endeavor Administration and Staff

Drop-Off & Dismissal Notification
Dear Hawk Families,
Now that the school year is in full effect, please keep in mind the following:
1) It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that when leaving through the back of the school that ALL VEHICLES TURN RIGHT ON LAKE CREEK. This is a safety concern for parents, students, and all passers-by. Turning left on to Lake Creek is very difficult during dismissal hours. It slows down the traffic flow in the school, and it can be dangerous given the volume of traffic on Lake Creek at that time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL VEHICLES exiting our campus to turn right and turn around at the Walmart parking lot, or turn left onto 620 and turn south on 183 if you need to head south. Those two options are safer for you while driving, and will help the school greatly.
