Students learn social interactions in the cafeteria. A sense of community is established every day!

🗣 Compassion✍🏽

Word of the month: Compassion

Our word of the month at Watonga Elementary is Compassion. The Webster's Dictionary definition of compassion is:

having or showing compassion : SYMPATHETIC

a compassionate friend

a compassionate smile

Teachers are educating students on the meaning of compassion. Please talk to your children about what it means to demonstrate compassion. We will do the same at school. We will be looking for students who demonstrate compassion to receive the October Eagle Pride Award!
