It's here! The finish line for the 2024–25 school year is in sight! It’s hard to believe how quickly the year has flown by, and we are so proud of everything our students and staff have accomplished. These final weeks are an opportunity to finish strong, stay focused, and celebrate growth.
End-of-Year Reminders: Let’s Finish Strong
We want to remind all families that students must complete all classes by Wednesday, May 29, unless they are enrolled in Summer School. Please work closely with your student and their teachers to ensure all coursework is submitted on time. Staying organized and managing time wisely now will set your student up for success.
To support our end-of-year planning and summer upgrades, all school-issued laptops and hotspots must be returned. We will be updating devices for the upcoming school year. More info will be sent out in the next few weeks.
Intent to Return Survey
If you have not completed the Intent to Return Survey for your student, you will be receiving a reminder email in your student's email inbox. This information is critical as we plan for next year’s staffing and teacher assignments. Accurate enrollment numbers allow us to better serve students and maintain small class sizes, so we truly appreciate your timely response.
WASC Accreditation Visit: May 5–7
We are excited to share that our WASC Accreditation Visit will take place this coming Monday through Wednesday, May 5–7. This is an important opportunity for our school to reflect on our practices and demonstrate the high-quality learning environment we strive to provide every day.
The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) team will be meeting with staff, students, and families to gather feedback and observe our program in action. Emails have been sent inviting families and students to be part of the WASC feedback team. If you would like to participate and have not yet received the Zoom link, please contact the school office as soon as possible—we would love to have your voice included!
This visit helps us grow as a learning community, and we’re proud to showcase the incredible work happening at our school.
Open House – May 15
Mark your calendars! We are excited to host our Open House on Wednesday, May 15 from 4:00–6:30 PM. This will be a casual, family-friendly event where you can:

Senior Reminders: Class of 2025
Graduation is almost here! Our Graduation Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 28 at 10:00 AM. Seniors and families should check their email for detailed information, including cap and gown pickup, arrival times, and guest logistics. Seniors must complete all graduation requirements by May 27 to participate.
We are so proud of our graduating Cardinals and can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you!
We know this time of year can feel overwhelming—but remember, every step you take now brings you closer to your goals. Stay committed, stay motivated, and lean on your support system. You’ve already come so far, and we believe in your ability to finish the year with confidence and pride.
