As we settle into the beautiful fall season, we’re reminded of all there is to be grateful for here at Keystone Middle School. Between the changing leaves, cozy sweaters, and upcoming holiday traditions, we know this time of year can be both exciting and busy for families. Here at school, we’re embracing the season with enthusiasm, keeping our focus on creating a warm and supportive learning environment for all.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to express how thankful we are for our dedicated students, supportive families, and committed staff. Together, we're making this fall a time of growth, connection, and preparation for the wonderful things ahead. We look forward to sharing more exciting updates, events, and accomplishments as we move toward the holiday season!

8th Grade Parents -

If you are interested in helping with the 8th grade dance please reach out to Laiel Stansel or Nicole Cassell. They are looking for help to raise money for the dance by volunteering to help at the KMS concession stand, sign up HERE! Concession stand items are also needed to sell! Check out the 'Class of 2029' facebook page for more info. The 8th grade dance is FREE to all 8th graders and if fundraising is successful it will be an amazing experience for all, so please consider helping or donating! The dance will be in the evening of May 2nd. The students are voting on the theme soon.

Join us for the Wildcat Wonderland Vendor and Craft Show November 17th 11:00-3:00 at KHS! Over 70 vendors and food trucks! Come out and support the PTA while getting a jump start on your holiday shopping!

Thank you to the hardworking students in Mr. Schuster's Home Improvement class -- they donated their time and skill to help build picnic tables for our middle school recess space.

The finished tables are beautiful and provide students a place to sit and chat during our recess times!!

Also, our Friendsgiving dance (PBIS fundraiser) will be on November 22nd from 1:45-3:45pm. We will be switching IE to 9th period and students who buy a ticket will get to go to the dance during IE. If students would like to purchase a ticket they will turn in their money to the grade level champions starting 11/20. Presale tickets will be $10 for a ticket into the dance (students will also receive a piece of pizza, drink, and chips). Pick-up from dance will take place in the middle school lot at 3:45pm.

Check in with your students and ask them to see their planners each night to help encourage the use of this organizational tool!! And ask them to see how many STAMPS they have earned towards their PBIS prizes and rewards!!
