NEWS FROM THE PANTHER DEN
WEEK 39 EDITION
WEEK 39 REFLECTION
This past Monday night, our seniors gathered on Memorial Field to celebrate one of their final moments together at our annual Senior Sunset. While the sun did not peak out from behind the clouds, the seniors made the most of their last Monday night of their last full week of high school. Their energy and enthusiasm provided the perfect backdrop for a night filled with laughter, reflection, and connection.
The seniors played games, shared pizza and ice cream, took pictures and signed each other’s yearbooks—each message a small reminder of the friendships and memories that have shaped their time at PTHS. They even broke out the parachute that they played with in elementary school, frantically waving it, running underneath it and reliving childhood memories.
The evening served as both a celebration and a quiet farewell, allowing the Class of 2025 to appreciate how far they have come and to look ahead to the future with gratitude and hope. It was a heartfelt reminder that the most lasting part of high school isn’t just what was learned in classrooms, but the relationships built and the moments shared along the way.
As we prepare to send off the Class of 2025 next week, we are grateful for their contributions to our school community and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the world. For now, we will cherish these final moments with them as the sun sets on their time as Golden Panthers. From the Senior Sunrise in September to the Sunset on Monday night, the time spent with them has truly been an incredible journey. Graduation, here we come! #nocknation
Thank you to Maureen Brain, parent of former PTHS students, Kristin and Meghan, for this beautiful sunset photo!
