AI at Notre Dame
Despite all the fears about AI, I've been working on a little side project to see how AI can help us with our work. Wouldn't it be great to have our own private little chatbot answering questions about AI? Heck yes! So I set out to develop a Beta version and today I'd like to share it to get some feedback.
I took the Parent-Student Handbook, the Employee Handbook, the Writer's Handbook, the Diocese of Monterey Handbook, the School Personnel Guideline, and the Emergency Plan and put them into the mix and so the NotebookLM answers your queries directly from them. Here is the link and you can plug in any ND-related question--what is the daily schedule? are tatoos allowed? what is the correct footwear? what are the penalties for tardiness? how many sick days does a principal get? Etc. Etc. Etc.

Please give it a try with this link! I'd love to hear what you think. You can email me directly or send your replies here. The crazy part is that you can generate an audio conversation (aka a podcast) on the items in the chatbot. Here's a
