Attached below is a flyer for parents concerning the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus, our new student information systems program. If parents have questions, they may contact Mrs. Conny, our data manager, during normal school hours concerning how to find the activation key for any parents or guardians who do not receive the email. The anticipated email will include the words Infinite Campus, so please also check your spam folder or trash can to make sure you have not missed it. The email will explain the Parent Portal process and guide parents in completing all the beginning of the year forms online. Thank you so much for your patience. October 4th was Custodian Appreciation Day! We are so thankful for Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Margaret! They go above and beyond to make our school look amazing and clean! Thank you Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Margaret for all you do!

The Middle School is making a Cove Creek Cookbook this year to raise funds for our 8th grade trip to Washington, DC.

Please submit a favorite recipe with the following information as it applies to you:

• Recipe name, ingredients, instructions and category (ie. appetizer, dessert, international cuisine…)

• Your name (whose recipe is it?) Are you:

• A current student (include grade),

• A former student (include WHS grad year),

• A family member to a student (please include the name of any student you are affiliated with and your relation to them - parent, grandparent, aunt…),

• CC staff or faculty,

• A community member

Please email recipes to Kim McAulay at mcaulayk@wataugaschools.org if at all possible. We will accept handwritten or printed copies, but it will be easier to have digital copies.

Middle School Athletic Event Pricing Information:

Tickets are $5.00 for Adults

$3.00 for Grades 4-12

3rd Grade and under are Free

Cash only, we DO NOT accept cards and greatly appreciate bills smaller than $20.00

WCS employees are free, but their children are not unless they are working at the actual event.

Not every even will have ticket sales (Soccer 8/30 and CC) but please be prepared.
