Drumming in the new year!

First Grade students have been working to the beat of a new drum in PE as they blend skills from music with kinesthetics. It's been a great outlet for many as they practice their new skills.

It's Not Just the Students Learning

She may look like she just has a fun time each and every day she's at Ward Central, but Willow is actually hard at work each and every day. Willow still has a lot of training to go through, but she has come a long way in the almost year and a half that she's been part of the WC family. She's making lasting impacts on a daily basis within the school.

Please remember that any and all medications, whether it be over the counter, prescribed, or inhalers, must be brought to the health room by an adult. No medication should be sent with your student for any reason.

Inside Recess

Indoor recess happens when weather conditions or safety concerns prevent outdoor play. During this time, students enjoy activities like board games, creative projects, and interactive games in a safe, engaging environment.

Our goal is to provide a fun and active break for your child, even indoors. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Car-Rider Drop Off

Thank you to EVERYONE for helping us adjust to the new car-rider drop off procedure. We really can't express how grateful we all are for your patience and adaptability as we adjusted how the car rider line operates to enhance student safety. The first day may not have been super smooth or problem free, but after reflecting on the issues we were able to make small changes to make it run so much smoother.
