Our PTA has created a sign-up to Stock the Teacher's Lounge for England's Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you to our PTA and school community for treating our staff!

Lost and Found:

Our collection of lost items has grown! PTA volunteers placed lost and found items on the front porch last week. Please take a moment to look through these items for any missing belongings.

STAAR Testing:

Over the next few weeks, our 3rd-5th grade students will be participating in the state-mandated State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) test. Please see the schedule below for specific dates.

• Tuesday, April 23rd 3rd, 4th, and 5th Math ( Math up 4/29-5/1)

Please assist us in maintaining an appropriate testing environment by remembering the following:

• Ensure that your child arrives at school on time each day, eats a healthy breakfast, and gets plenty of sleep each night.

• If you need to reach your child’s teacher, please call the office at 512-704-1200 and leave a message.

• The campus will be closed to visitors during testing on these dates.

Morning Arrival:

To ensure a smooth and safe drop-off each morning, please remember to pull all the way forward before stopping to let your child exit the vehicle. This helps us maintain a continuous flow of traffic. If you arrive before 7:10 AM, please avoid parking in the drop-off line, as this can block other families from exiting the lot. Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our morning routine efficient and safe for everyone!

Dropping Off Lunches:

We understand that mornings can be rushed and that can result in lunches being left at home. We're happy to help in getting these lunches to students after they are dropped off. However, we are experiencing an increase in lunches being dropped off daily and do not have the staff available to maintain the volume that we are receiving. Due to this, please plan to send lunches to school with your child in the mornings and only drop off lunches that may have been forgotten. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Coffee with the Principal:

Please join us for our final Coffee with the Principal of the school year on Monday, April 22nd from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. It's a wonderful opportunity to discuss this year's experiences and brainstorm ideas for 2024-2025. We hope to see you there! Please RSVP using this form.
