And just like that our winter weather feels and looks more like pleasant springtime. Luckily, spring break is right around the corner coupled with the 4th nine weeks. We are committed to the success of our children and are so appreciative of your support.

National School Breakfast Week is March 3-7

• This year’s theme is “Clue In to School Breakfast."
• All week long our cafeterias will be featuring new and exciting menu item
• Check out their special menu below.

Read Across America

• Our library will have several fun events for our kids including Maker Space challenges, a March Madness contest, and a Read Across America scavenger hunt.

Allaso Ranch for 5th grade March 10-12

• Our carloops will not have safety patrol support during this time period
• Our cafeteria loop will be congested on Monday morning during drop-off AND on Wednesday afternoon during pickup
• Wednesday afternoon our campers will return. We will need some flexibility from you so we can get them unloaded and cleared out for dismissal. We have asked Officer Benson to park his patrol car on the cafe loop. Please DO NOT pass his parked car when arriving for pickup. Once our buses arrive and unload, the loop will resume normal operations. Thank you for your help with this.

PK / EC OPEN HOUSE is on Tuesday, March 11th

• This event a come and go event from 5:00-6:00 for EC and PK families only
• The night will end at 6:30pm

K-5 OPEN HOUSE is on Thursday March 13th

• This event is a come and go event from 5:30-6:30 for K-5 families
• Please plan your arrival so you can visit what you want to visit before the night ends at 6:30pm

SPRING BREAK is the week of March 17-21

• We hope you all enjoy fun as a family!

Our fundraiser for the American Heart Association is still in progress. We are 57% towards the 4,500-dollar goal for our school. This is great progress! Thank you to everyone who has supported the American Heart Association through this year's fundraiser so far. We began on 2/7/2025 and will end the fundraiser on 3/14/2025.

During our heart health program there is also a 21 Day Snacking Challenge. Your child will come home with a sticker that has a QR code that you can scan to get more information on this great free program that promotes making healthy snacks at home with parents. It even provides easy recipes for kids and your family. Parents sign-up their children for the 21-Day Snacking Challenge from February 21st through the 28th. Please consider completing this great program with your child. I will have a sign with a QR code outside the loop.
