Welcome Bears!
We hope your BCE Bears had a great time at this year's Walk/Jog-a-thon and are enjoying their T-shirts, funded by the BCE Parents Club!
Weβre still collecting Walk/Jog-a-thon pledges through Friday, October 25thβhelp us reach our goal!
How to collect pledges?
Students can gather pledges per lap or as a one-time donation, with a goal of $50 per student. On average, students run 15β20 laps. There are a few ways to submit pledges:
- Create a 99Pledges page [Here]
- Zeffy"One and Done" donation (credit card/ACH payments)
- Prefer paper? Submit cash/check to the BCE Office or your student's teacher. [paper pledge here]

A big thanks to our volunteersβfrom early morning set-up, keeping the event running smoothly, to packing up in the heat. We couldn't have done it without you!
Special shout-outs to DJ Downward for donating his time playing fun tunes with his amazing DJ equipment, SMB Apparel for the awesome personalized touches for the teacher T-shirts and sunglasses plus all your support with the event itself, and Salazar Produce for the delicious oranges!
Square1Art Fundraiser Begins 11/7-11/21
Coming home to you soon will be your child's custom catalog for the Square 1 Art fundraiser. Get a head start, and start ordering keepsakes and gifts featuring your child's art online NOW, if you like!
Simply search for your child's art using Art Search, and enter state, school name, and your student's name. Your student's art and code will appear, and you may order!

πScholastic Book Fair | Oct 14 - 18th
We hope you are all enjoying the Scholastic Book Fair! Today is our last day of the event. Don't forget to check it out today at the library. We will be there until 2pm.
π Lost & Found | Month of October | Fourth Grade Families
October is 4th Grade Families' month to help with the Lost & Found! Please assist in organizing items and picking up trash around campus. π§€ππ§’
A big thanks to our volunteers for their hard work! We also need more coat hangersβif you can donate, leave them by the Lost & Found.

Family Dinner Night 4th Graders: Boulder Creek Pizza & Pub!
A big shout out to all that attended our second family dinner night for the school year at Boulder Creek Pizza & Pub! They donated $467.80! We are beyond grateful for our local Pizza & Pub in town and their very generous donation. Stay tuned for next month announcement for the next Family Dinner Night.

Our students work hard every day and are rewarded with Bear Paws. We have Bear Paw Store about every 4-6 weeks. If you are able, please consider donating items from BCE's PBIS Amazon wish list.

Love art? Our Art Teacher Mrs. Jennifer needs your help preparing materials for classroom art projects and displaying students' masterpieces! You can assist during or after schoolβor even from home. Extra hands are especially needed during the Art Display at Open House in Spring.
