Bulldog Bulletin
November 24 Issue 8
We would like to take a moment to thank our students, staff, and families for their hard work and dedication to academics! We are especially grateful to Mrs. Arthur for her outstanding leadership during the Model UN event hosted at DSMS last week. The success of this division-wide conference is a testament to her hard work and commitment. Mrs. Beers led a DSMS delegation at the Multicultural Fair which is also a huge undertaking. Thank you to both of you tremendous educators!
As a reminder, Thanksgiving break is November 27-29. We will see everyone back at school December 2! MAP Testing begins December 3, be sure to support students to arrive with a charged chromebook and a good night of sleep!
The end of the semester will be December 19. Let's finish out the remainder of the semester strong!
Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday break!

π» Digital Citizenship: News and Media Literacy
This month students at DSMS participated in Digital Citizenship lessons with a focus on News and Media Literacy. Each grade engaged in different content around the same theme. To continue the learning please take a look at the family discussion guides below. Hopefully we can work together to support our students in this digital age and give them the tools to be savvy!
