Hello Woodsy Owls,
Just a few pieces of communication that need to go out before next Sunday Night.
#1 Picture Day is in three days (THIS FRIDAY). Each class is assigned a time, and the teachers will escort the students to the stage where they will be photographed while the teacher and class wait for them. Teachers are present for the entire process. Please see below for information from the company about these pictures and the order process.
#2 We are continuing to monitor and take input on the morning Drop Off. In speaking with Mr. Figuly about this, he shared with me that the congestion before school (as well as after) is something that has been a challenge for this school (and most schools that I have ever worked at) for years. In an effort to ensure that our cars with handicapped placards have access to their spots and our drop-off is as safe and efficient as possible, we are trying to keep to the tradition of dropping off at the Kiss & Drop and the bus circle as soon as the bus has left. We will continue to monitor and take feedback on possible solutions and creative ideas.
