Mrs. Henry and the Book Fair Committee have poured countless hours into transforming the book fair into an exciting haven for young readers. We invite you to stop by and check it out—or make plans to visit during the Holiday Market! It's a perfect opportunity to spark some reading excitement!
Heartfelt thanks for the amazing book fair decorations that brought the library to life! It took many hands and a lot of effort to make it all happen, and the results are incredible. We’re so grateful for everyone’s hard work and dedication. DESSERTS FOR STAFF
We heard you! Based on your feedback, we're excited to bring back the tradition of families donating desserts for our amazing Boyer staff. As we enter the season of gratitude, what better way to say 'Thank you' than by providing a delicious dessert for them to share with their families? Boyer PTO is calling for volunteers to help make this sweet gesture possible! Please check out the details below:
- Drop-off will be at both the front and back car lines before school on Thursday, November 21, and Friday, November 22.
- Desserts can also be sent with bus riders if needed.
- Desserts must be store-bought and in their original packaging.
- Desserts should be pies or cakes that can feed a family of 4–5.
- Please add a comment with the dessert you’re bringing and whether it needs refrigeration.
Let’s make this a special treat for our staff by signing up HERE!
Don't have time to get to the store? Feel free to donate and PTO will purchase pies on your behalf!

Texas Storm Chasers: December 12 (3RD GRADE)

Sky Dome Planetarium Visit for Students and Families: December 16th
Mark your calendars for Monday, December 16th, because the PTO is bringing the SKY DOME PLANETARIUM to life, and your family won’t want to miss it! To accommodate the high demand of this event, we will break this into 3 sessions. Please note, there is a limit on the number of people allowed inside the Sky Dome at once, food trucks will be on-site for purchase to keep you fueled while you wait!
STAFF SHOUT OUT CARDS
We've placed a special Staff Shout-Out Box in the lobby, and we have exciting plans for these shout-out cards! Help us celebrate our incredible staff by grabbing one, two, or even ten cards and writing a heartfelt note of appreciation. It only takes a moment, but your 'You're amazing because…' note could be the ultimate confidence booster for a hardworking staff member. Let’s make their day!
WATCH DOGS CORNER
Our November Morning Carline was a success, thanks to the fantastic teamwork of our volunteers! A huge shoutout to everyone who came out and lent a hand to keep things running smoothly. We couldn't have done it without you! Special thanks to: Michael Lauer, Jeff Powers, Gregory Deering, Ross Uminger, Jimit Patel, Russell Meyer, Patrick Lagor, Sean Baird, Daniel Wortham, Jason Journey, Daniel Ali, Richard Butterfield and Jeremy Edwards!
Our WatchDOGS are covering morning carline on the same day that room parents are handling lunch duty—all to give our staff as much extra time as possible! Check out our volunteer opportunities to sign up and help with carline; it only takes 30 minutes before the workday and is a simple, impactful way to support our staff.

2024-2025 PTO BOARD
WELCOME COURTNEY BIRMINGHAM
With the upcoming rezoning next school year, our current PTO Board will be transitioning to new schools, leaving no remaining board members at Boyer to assist the incoming team with questions or guidance. To ensure continuity and support for next year's board, we've decided to add a new position that will provide assistance now and serve as a resource for Boyer’s PTO in the future.
We’re thrilled to welcome Courtney Birmingham to the 2024-2025 Boyer PTO Board as Parliamentarian! Courtney is a dedicated volunteer at Boyer with invaluable PTO experience, having served on Boyer’s PTO board for several years. Her deep knowledge and commitment to our mission will be essential as we navigate this transition, and we’re excited to have her on board!
