In July, Children's Wishing Well hosted our inaugural Showcase Night, uniting the talented children and youth from our Reach For The Stars (RFTS) Programme. RFTS provides selected students with the opportunity to attend enrichment classes at renowned institutions such as NAFA, ARTARY, Yamaha, and others. This program helps them develop their talents, which can be leveraged for Direct School Admission (DSA) into Secondary School or as a pathway to a future career.
The event featured a range of young talents, from dancers to musicians and visual artists, creating a magical evening to celebrate and showcase their abilities to donors, volunteers, and well-wishers. Some lucky attendees even acquired hand-drawn art pieces to add to their collections, thrilling the children with the thought of their artwork being displayed in homes or offices.
We also launched our donation program, "Wish Upon A Star," which acknowledges and appreciates the contributions of our individual and corporate donors.
