GOODBYE 8th GRADERS - CLASS OF 2028!
This past Tuesday, we celebrated our incredible 8th graders at the award assembly, where many students were honored for their achievements in academics, leadership, and character. We were thrilled to see so many parents in attendance, supporting and celebrating their children's hard work! Later that day, our 8th graders enjoyed a fantastic picnic filled with laughter, friendship, and a delicious spread of fried chicken, hot dogs, pasta salad, and desserts.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the 8th grade team for making the final month of school memorable with their dedication and thoughtful planning. Your efforts have ensured that our students leave with cherished memories and a sense of accomplishment.
As you move on to high school, remember that you will always be part of the Blue Devil family. Carry forward the lessons learned and the friendships made here, and continue to make us proud.

7th GRADE'S ADVENTURE TO ANTIETAM RECREATION
This past Tuesday, our 7th graders had a fantastic time at Antietam Recreation. They spent the day riding horses, visiting the petting zoo, and enjoying quality time with friends. The trip was a wonderful opportunity for students to relax and bond outside the classroom, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A big thank you to the teachers helped make this trip a success!
6th GRADE FUN THIS WEEK!
This past Monday, our 6th graders enjoyed an unforgettable day at JayDee's during their field trip. Students had a blast spending time with friends in the pool, showing off their driving skills on the racetrack, and playing games in the arcade. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to bond and create lasting memories outside the classroom.
The excitement continued on Tuesday with a lively field day featuring Olympic-style games, delicious food, and a fun tie-dye shirt activity. The students showcased their athleticism and teamwork, making the day both competitive and enjoyable. A big thank you to the teachers who helped make these wonderful experiences possible for our 6th graders!

Have a wonderful summer, and thank you once again for your continued support.
STUDENT CORNER: A TIME FOR REFLECTION
Dear NMS Students,
We want to thank you for all your hard work and dedication this school year. You've shown great effort in your studies, activities, and friendships. We're especially proud of our 8th graders, who have walked the halls of NMS as students for the last time. You've set a wonderful example for everyone, and we know you'll do great in high school.
As we head into summer, take some time to reflect on your school year. Think about what you achieved and what goals you want to set for the future. Remember to rest and recharge so you're ready for the next chapter in August.
Enjoy your summer break, and we can't wait to see you back in the fall for another fantastic year at NMS!
We will miss you,
Your NMS Teachers
