Senior Yearbook Ads

Senior Parents,

Senior Year! Show off your child’s accomplishments and create a life-long memory in his or her senior yearbook. We need a determination of our senior ad layouts and need to know if you are planning on purchasing an ad. The yearbook pages must be reserved in ADVANCE. Please complete this form with your deposit to reserve your page. After your payment is received, a yearbook staff member will be contacting you about how you would like your ad designed. We can scan pictures for you, but sometimes small photos do not have good quality. We cannot accept screenshots or Facebook photos as the resolution is too small. I can take flash drives, CDs, or links to drive or DropBox. You can also submit them to me in the form attached to this newsletter. Submitting them via form is the BEST way as it keeps the original file size. If you prefer, you can email them to me using the address below.

We must have a commitment in the form of a deposit by September 30!

Regardless of purchasing an ad, each senior needs several portraits,. The deadline for these pictures will be September 30th.

You must pay ½ down in order to reserve your ad. All final deposits will be due in early April. If ads are not paid for in full they will be added to the senior fees which must be paid before graduation. Please make checks to Millry High School.

Complete one form for each ad purchased. If you know someone wishing to buy an ad who may not have a computer or phone, they can send me the info in writing with payment. I can also send this in a paper copy for anyone not comfortable with digital.
