Pick Elementary School News

We are eager to welcome those that purchased a prepaid lunch to join us tomorrow at PES for our annual Winter Leaderland Luncheon! Please be mindful of the following for your visit:

• All visitors will be required to enter through our main front entrance and sign in at the front office.
• Parking is available in our main lots and at the recreational field at the bottom of the hill. Please do not park along the curb on both sides of the street to ensure emergency vehicles would have access if needed.
• You will join your student at their daily assigned homeroom lunch time (see chart below).
• Guests will be directed to the Leadership Lobby where all homerooms will pass through to go to the multi-purpose room for lunch. When your student's class arrives, please join your student at their place in line.
• When you finish your meal, please walk with students to their hallway entrance, so they may rejoin their class. Then, you may exit at the main front office.
• Should you need to check your child out after lunch, please still have them return to class to get their things while you go to the main office and request for them to be checked out.
• We have prepared for this event and are excited to have you. We THANK YOU in advance for your involvement and appreciate your patience and flexibility with the line and seating arrangements as we will have many visitors!

Thank you, Pick Families, for your tremendous support for our annual PTO Fundraiser! Students enjoyed dancing in celebration at our Decade Rock-a-thon, and team Seek First enjoyed being the recipients of the VIP Party! A total of $17,730.25 was raised, and PTO will use this to support grade level projects, classroom library additions, celebrations, the Spring musical, and many other items to support learning and growth at PES! We will share updates as these purchases and school contributions are made. Thank you again for your generous support!

PTO has a special Mama Mochas preorder sale that is now live. These make wonderful gifts! Orders are accepted through end of day Friday, 12/6. Orders will then be roasted next week and distributed the week of 12/16. They are listed at $20 per bag and 50% of all sales will go to benefitting our school. Ground and whole bean are available.
