MORNING ARRIVAL
Dear Parents,
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth morning routine for all our students. Your child is welcome to enjoy breakfast starting at 7:20 am. Please kindly remember not to drop off your child before that time, as there will be no duty personnel available to supervise them prior to 7:20 am.
Students arriving before 7:50 am should enter through the cafeteria doors on the far west side of the building. You are welcome to pull up to the curb and let your student out or park in the lot and walk them to the door. However, please note that parents are not allowed inside during morning drop-off.
Thank you for your understanding and support in keeping our mornings organized and safe!
AFTERNOON DISMISSAL
Monday-Thursday 2:50 pm
Friday 1:50 pm
To ensure everything runs efficiently, parents are welcome to park and walk up to the designated waiting areas in front of the school.
- For Kindergarten and 1st-grade students, please pick them up at the far west side of the building located outside the cafeteria doors.
- 2nd and 3rd-grade pick-up will be situated in front of the school towards the middle of the building.
- For 4th and 5th-grade students, please proceed to the east side of the building, closest to the bus loop.
If curbside parking is available, you’re welcome to use it; we'll happily assist in getting your child safely to your vehicle. Kindly note that students will not be released to walk through the parking lot unless accompanied by an adult.
Should you arrive late, please collect your student from the front office.
Thank you for helping us prioritize safety during dismissal!

EXCUSING ABSENCES- LET'S TALK
if you are unable to speak to someone, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, your child's first/last name, the name of the school, the date of the absence, and the absence reason.
Note: Absences cannot be excused after 48 hours.
If you are needing to pick up your student early, you can still call the front office when you are on your way at 575-812-6100.
