A Message from the Principal
October is always a busy month! Monday -Wednesday of next week are holidays. Homecoming week is coming up quickly (see dress up days below) and then the following week is Red Ribbon Week featuring Family Reading Night including the book fair and the opportunity to read to a therapy dog. Please make plans to attend!
On Halloween, we will wear costumes to school, but please make sure the costume is school appropriate in style, length, etc and PE friendly. The following will not be allowed:
masks
blow up costumes
blood and guts
props including weapons
On Wednesday at 6:30, Dr. Tom is hosting a meeting at Moore Middle School to share information about district items that will be on the ballot of the upcoming election. Please come hear what it's all about so you are sure to be an informed voter.
Our AC units continue to make our days unpredictable, with times of extreme hot and cold. Please dress your student in layers such as a long sleeve shirt over a short sleeve shirt and send them with a sweatshirt or hoodie...things they can take off or put on as needed. The contractors are diligently working to rectify the problems, but until everything is sorted out, better safe than sorry!

World Kindness Day Shirts
In celebration of World Kindness Day (11/13/24) and Kindness Week (2/14-2/20/25), MMS will be selling a "Be Kind: It's What Bobcats Do" shirt that proudly features our district's core values. This initiative is more than just a shirt that we will wear across the district on Wednesdays; it is a symbol of the Celina Bobcats' commitment in demonstrating kindness in all we do.
The sale will run from October 1-14. Delivery will be to each campus the first week in November, separated by homeroom/period.
