Dudley EL News!

Where did the summer go? Luckily, you still have a few weeks before the craziness of being back in school sets in (but don't tell the kids)! We have been hard at work at Dudley EL cleaning and beautifying the school for everyone's return. We have already had many staff members come in to set up their classrooms and we are close to being ready! This year holds so much potential. I am REALLY looking forward to meeting our new second grade students again, and to seeing our returning 3rd and 4th graders! I have missed them all so much over the summer, and entertain myself by imagining all of the fun adventures they have been having. I can't wait to hear all about them at the end of the month. Looking forward to an amazing year with your children and our outstanding staff!

August 28th: Open House 2:00pm-4:00pm @ Dudley EL

August 29th: First day for students

September 1st: Early Release, 12:15pm

September 4th: Labor Day (No School)

September 22nd: Early Release, 12:15pm (Educator PD)

As a reminder: Doors open at 8:30am, students are considered late if arriving after 8:45am. Dismissal is at 3:00pm.

Class assignments are being released TODAY by 3:00pm on the parent portal. When you log in, you should be able to see your child's assigned teacher. If you have forgotten your login information, pleas email Mrs. Grzyb at cgrzyb@dcrsd.org and she will be able to help!

Please remember, these supplies are suggested. If you are not able to purchase school supplies at this time, we will happily supply your child with what they need!

ParentView is available as an app for both Apple and Android devices. It is also available in an online browser version for your desktop computer – convenient for working parents.

Open house will be held on August 28th from 2pm-4pm for all grades. Parking is very limited, especially with our full staff here! Additional parking is available at the Boy's and Girl's Club. There is a well established trail that leads through the woods to the school.
