Are they good pets?
Why are they active?
Can they swim?
Does the salt water hurt them?
No! The salt water may only effect their fur color. So I suggest that you give them a bath after.

Sites I used for facts and more:
How often do they need to be groomed?
How short should I get their hair cut?
For mini Goldendoodles they need really long hair in the spring and summer so I suggest that you have about 2-4 centimeters of fur left on their body so they have some poof, but not a lot.
What about in the fall and winter?
In the fall and winter they will need a thicker coat of fur to keep them warm when they are outside. Also, after they get a bath in the winter or fall, let them stay inside for a while before they go outside so they don't freeze.
Do they need to get baths too?
What is they need to go to the bathroom after they get a bath?
If it's really warm out then you can take them out to the bathroom for a few minutes, but not longer than 10 minutes total. But in the winter they need to wait a while to get a bath because if they go outside they could get frost bite, and get really cold and might need surgery. What most people suggest is that you keep them inside 10-20 minutes, or until they are fully dry. Also take them outside to go to the bathroom before you give them a bath.
Do they Shed a lot?
Don't really shed at all because they are hypoallergenic! Hypoallergenic means that they are good for family's who have allergies and they are also good for people who don't like finding dog hair all over them all the time. It also means that they are a special breed that don't shed that much, take a Miniature Goldendoodle for an example, they are part poodle so they won't shed as often, but they will shed a little because they are also part Golden Retriever.
Goldendoodles don't shed a lot so don't be afraid about this on your couch!

Dogs need to brush their teeth too!
Why do dogs need their teeth brushed?
Situations where extractions of pet teeth are appropriate include:
- Periodontal disease has left the teeth unstable (due to the loss of bone and other supportive structures) and periodontal surgery or procedures would be ineffective in improving the health of a tooth. These teeth are often already loose.
- Fractured or abscessed tooth where an endodontic procedure or root canal is not appropriate or cost and follow-up care are concerns.
- When removing a smaller less important tooth will make a more important tooth more stable and prevent worsening periodontal disease associated with these teeth. These important teeth include: canine tooth (fang), maxillary fourth premolar (big tooth in the upper jaw) and mandibular first molar (big tooth in the lower jaw).

What isn't healthy for my dog?
When you see Fluffy giving you a sad little look while standing next to the dinner table, you might be tempted to slip your furry pal a little taste of your food. Or perhaps you've been in the midst of preparing a large holiday meal and let your pet tend to the floor scraps. Beats sweeping, right?
Sharing food with your pet may seem relatively harmless, but outside of encouraging bad begging behaviors and possibly even weight gain (thanks to the extra calories), you could actually be putting your pet's overall health and life at risk. There are a number of foods and ingredients consumed by humans every day, like chocolate, milk and garlic that can trigger serious toxic reactions in pets. We'll take a closer look at the ones that can be most harmful to your four-legged friends. We'll examine the signs of ingestion, the side effects, and what you should do in case of emergency. Let's start with one that seems very harmless: milk. The image of a cat lapping at a saucer of milk is certainly a familiar one, but in reality, that bowl can spell trouble. While a glass of cold milk can do your body good, the same can't be said for your pets. Neither cats nor dogs come equipped with systems that inherently carry enough lactase (the enzyme that helps break down lactose). As a result, introducing cow's milk or milk-based products like ice cream into their diets can lead to digestive issues including upset stomach and diarrhea, or even food allergies. Follow the advice of organizations such as the Humane Society of the United States and keep your pet on a lactose-free path. Or seek out commercially prepared milk substitutes created especially for cats, which can be found at your local pet shop.Several common seasonings, including onions, garlic and chives, can create problems for your pets by triggering irritation in their gastrointestinal tract, possibly leading to serious red blood cell damage, asthma attacks, and even liver damage. Immediate signs of ingestion include vomiting, diarrhea, discolored urine and lethargy. Reactions seem to be more prominent among cats than dogs, though both have been known to react when exposed to raw, cooked or dehydrated varieties of these ingredients. While cats and dogs aren't particularly attracted to the smell of onions or garlic, these items are so present in cooked food, we must remember not to give our pets meat that has been sautéed or garnished with these seasonings.Could guacamole be deadly? Perhaps, if your pet gets hold of some! Avocados contain an element known as persin in their leaves, fruit, seeds, and even bark. Persin is incredibly toxic to most animals, including dogs, cats, horses, birds and rodents. Its presence in animals leads to difficulty in breathing, severe congestion, inflammation of the mammary glands, accumulation of fluid around the heart and even death. Just a small amount can cause massive vomiting and diarrhea in dogs and cats, so keep the avocados out of reach. If you suspect your pet has ingested some, play it safe and get to your vet as soon as possible. How do I tell if my Mini Goldendoodle isn't happy?
They may not want to play all day, or all they want to do is sleep.
Their eyes might be droopy and they aren't really active.
They might be aggressive towards their owner or other people.
They won't really be running a lot, they will walk a lot.(like what a human gets a cold and they don't really want to do anything)
If you move toward them they might move away, or stay still and not move.
If they start barking at you constantly.(This just might be because you aren't paying enough attention to your dog.)
They might be mopey if you aren't taking them outside for walks a lot.
They might miss one of the other owners that aren't home
They also might not be used to the area that they are living in.(Feel trapped in the area that they are kept in)
They aren't having enough time to be fed(At least give them a hour if they new to the food)
If you keep them outside or in a cage for to long
They could start barking and jumping on you(Mostly if you have something that they want, or they just want to play with you)
