Bus Information
You now have the ability to track your student's bus. Here is the LINK for you to see and download the information so you can see when and where your student's bus is.
Questions?
Please contact Lisa Sprague at lisa.sprague@chsd117.org in the Dean's Office with any questions.
Stopping when bus arm/stop sign is out
Parents and students,
It is the expectation that when a school bus stop sign is out and students are present, that all traffic stop and wait for the stop sign to retract. The bus company has reported vehicles disregarding the stop signs and continuing to drive through. Please have the conversation with your student about stopping.
Please contact Durham at 847-838-5198 or Curt Onstad at 847-838-7623.
Attendance and Discipline Committee
The dean's office is looking for a few parents/community members to participate in the D117 Attendance and Discipline Committee. We will meet several times in the next several months to discuss the Student handbook and try to improve the student high school experience. If you are interested, please contact the dean's office at lchsdeans@chsd117.org.
