The Sequoyah Chorus has set a new CCSD record with the number of students to make All-State Chorus with 23! This is a major accomplishment for the choral program and for these individual musicians.

Any student that drives themselves and needs to leave campus early has to have a note emailed to the attendance office giving permission for them to leave campus, even if the student is 18 years old. The email must be from someone on the contact list.

If a student is getting picked up, they need to be checked out in person at the attendance office.

A student cannot check themselves out.

The Coffee Shop has easy to use punch cards available for you to purchase for a SHS student, friend, family member, or staff member. The $10.00 punch card provides $12.00 worth of beverages and is kept at the Coffee Shop for quick and easy payment!

Punch cards can be purchased and picked up at the Coffee Shop or will be mailed to you if purchased online and an email of your order and mailing address sent to Linda.Chapman@cherokeek12.net.

The Georgia Department of Education recognizes select seniors through a program called Georgia Scholars.

This year’s application for seniors opens January 8 and closes March 1.

Booking is OPEN for senior sessions for the Class of 2024 with CADY,

who provides a one-stop shop for your senior portraits. You must be

photographed by CADY to be in the yearbook. Get photos for grad

announcements, senior yearbook ads, and flawless Insta posts.

Track Winter Workouts have started!

We meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday after school 3:30-4:30. You must have a current physical and Rank One completed.
