CTE Primary Pathway Program

Professionals from each CTE Pathway visited our schools to read books and discuss their careers with our students. Raising self- awareness and interests in our students is one of our key aims at the elementary level. Bringing our community back into our schools through our pathway partners is another priority for this school year.

Doctors, dental technicians, police, fire, therapists, business owners, managers, TV and radio presenters, video producers, environmental directors/engineers/educators, bakers, avalanche specialists, translators, teachers and finally school board members and Mayor Pro Tem. Big thank you to Lauri Kemper, Valerie Mansfield and Cristy Creegan.

It was wonderful to see the excitement of the students and listen to their many, many questions !

Thank you to LTEF for providing us with $3000 for books for our libraries. This year we have been focusing on providing each school with CTE focused books and books in general to provide our students with additional reading opportunities.

Thank you Bessie Swift for providing us with $1000 for books and $2000 for CTE STEAM supplies to enhance our CTE field trips and activities in class.

Thank you El Dorado Public Health for providing us with $1000 worth of dental supplies for this year- with more to follow !
