School Spirit Wear
Would you like to order St. Patrick's branded clothing? There are hoodies, t-shirts, and sweaters in black and grey.
The shop will close on September 15.
School Doors Open at 8:25
Supervision begins at 8:25. Students will not be allowed in the school before as there is not supervision in the school.
Please make sure they enter through their designated doors.
Cell Phones/Personal Mobile Devices/Social Media
Please review the expectations as a family. We will be making some changes to our existing Cell Phone Expectations to specifically include all Personal Mobile Devices (PMD) to align with Alberta Education’s Ministerial Order.
Expectations include the following:
i. All personal mobile devices need to be powered off / silent and stored in student lockers
ii. Students may not access social media on school networks or school devices
Parents will be notified via email for first and second offenses, PMDs will be confiscated and stored in the office for the student to pick up at the end of the day. On third and subsequent offenses a school administrator will contact the parent and the parent will be responsible for picking up the PMD from the office.
School Council Meeting - September 10 at 6 pm
School council is made up of several members who represent our school including: parents, teachers, and administration.
School council exists to:
- organizes events/activities for the benefit of all students
- ask for parental support and assistance in running events/activities
- advocates for the needs of our school community.
We thank our parent community for the ongoing support.
All parents are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Stay Informed and Connected with the School
Communication is important to our community, we make every effort to keep parents informed. Important information that needs to be sent immediately is shared with parents via email and/or text messages and telephone calls via our messaging system.
STP Week at a Glance will be posted on social media accounts, sent to parents via text and posted to the school website.

Healthy Hunger - Hot Lunch
If you would like to order hot lunch, go to HealthyHunger.ca and click “REGISTER YOUR STUDENT”. After your account is created, you will be able to view all upcoming lunches, place orders, and then pay for your orders Online with Visa, or MasterCard.
This cannot be done through the school office.

Please join Sacred Heart Parish for a BBQ Picnic at St. Patrick's Community School!
The event will be held on Sunday, September 15 from 4-7 PM.
This is a family event. The parish will be collecting school supplies, snacks, and money for St. Patrick's Community School.
