Vote For Mrs. Clark For 'America's Favorite Teacher'!
Thanks to your support, Heights High biology teacher Leatrice Clark is now a quarter-finalist in the America's Favorite Teacher contest! Voting resumes on Monday, May 6 at 5 p.m., and you can vote once per day. The winner will receive $25,000, a trip to Hawaii, and will appear in Reader's Digest.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10. Write a note here to tell a CH-UH educator how much you appreciate their hard work, expertise, and dedication to students. Your submission will be shared with the teacher and posted to District social media (with permission).
Juantez āTJā Anderson Memorial Scholarship
The Juantez āTJā Anderson Memorial Scholarship honors the life of Roxboro Middle School student TJ Anderson, who passed away in December 2023. Donations to the scholarship fund are being accepted through the Heights Schools Foundation (please indicate that your donation is for the Juantez āTJā Anderson Memorial Scholarship). Starting May 1, donations will go toward scholarships for the Class of 2025.
SPED Survey
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has launched a survey to learn more about families' involvement in the education of their children with disabilities. You may be eligible to participate if your child has an IEP and receives special education services.
Dental Care at Heights Wellness Center
Students can receive dental care, including exams, cleanings, sealants, and fluoride applications, at the Heights Wellness Center at Heights High School. View the flyer for more information and upcoming dates. Enrollment form
Heights Family Resource Center Opening
The community is invited to celebrate the launch of the Districtās new Heights Family Resource Center on May 17 from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Delisle Options Center. The mission of the HFRC is to provide services, support, and activities that educate, develop skills, and promote health and well-being in order to improve the lives of students and families in the CH-UH Schools. In partnership with families and community-based organizations, the HFRC will become a welcoming hub for the community. Read more and RSVP
Heights Tiger 5K

- Have fun, do good, and be kind at the annual Kindness Festival on Sunday, May 5 from 1-4 p.m. at Beachwood High School. Families can enjoy live music, inflatables, refreshments, crafts, student speakers, and much more. Details
- Heights Middle School Shorts will host auditions for roles in their short films on May 18 at the Coventry Village Branch Library from 11:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m. Details
- Registration is now open for the 2024 Reaching Heights Summer Music Camp, June 10-15. Instrumental musicians in grades 6-8 are eligible for this opportunity to make wonderful music and memories. More
- Enjoy a day of family fun on June 1, noon to 4 p.m. during Kidz Blast at Coventry. There will be food, games, inflatables, and more. The event is free. Flyer

If your child is in need of social and/or emotional support, please complete the referral form located in the Quick Links section of their school's page on CHUH.org. Anyone can complete this referral form, and submissions are routed directly to the school social worker and counselors for follow-up.
