The CGIS Cafe will host a Thanksgiving Holiday Meal on Monday, November 18, 2024. If you plan to come eat lunch that day, please arrive early to check in on the computer in the foyer. Holiday meal price for visitors is $8.00.

• Home Games are bolded; 4/5 games = blue; 6/7 = white; all teams = gold; 6/7 games at MJHS = red
• All teams will participate in the Blue and White tip-off game, no gate fee
• Gate fee is $5 for all adults; no charge for MCS/Alcoa/Blount County Schools employees; no charge for school age kids

• Teamwork celebrates diversity. Teamwork thrives from diverse ideas that come from a mixture of different genders, cultures, expertise, experience, and problem-solving approaches.

Teamwork in Action:

• A group consists of many different people. A team, however, has a common purpose and a shared responsibility for success.
• Require teams to set expectations for and manage their own behavior. Do not tell teams what type of behavior is expected -- let them decide for themselves with a Social Contract.
• Teach and encourage affirmations. Giving affirmations helps connect the team and builds trust, promotes engagement, and boosts a positive culture.
