Happy March! I hope you all enjoyed the warm and sunny weekend. This is the last week of the 3rd quarter & our last week before Spring Break. We had a successful STAAR Simulation administration. We look forward to using the data to increase the instructional supports for all of our students.

Thank you to all of our Dealey community members that attended the PTA Auction & Dinner on last Friday night. We appreciate all of the support you are giving to our campus. We look forward to this week, including several classroom Mardi Gras parties! Thank you for your kindness!

All magnet school results were released on this past Friday afternoon. Our students are good seeds and will grow beautifully where they are planted. Congratulations to all of our new & graduating Dealey Dragons!

From the creators of Junie B. Jones The Musical, Dear Edwina JR. is a heartwarming musical about the joys of growing up. Written in a “show-within-a-show” format, Dear Edwina JR. is the perfect story for a new generation.

Dear Edwina JR. follows the adventures of plucky, advice-giver-extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple, as she directs the neighborhood kids in a series of buoyant production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly "Advice-a-Palooza.” Edwina and her friends share wisdom on everything from trying new foods to making new friends through clever, catchy and poignant songs.

Book and Lyrics by Marcy Heisler. Music by Zina Goldrich. Dear Edwina JR. is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
