January 6th-23rd: Food Drive

Hello Ranger Families!

It’s great to be back for after Winter Break. This week students participated in the Ranger Hike and reviewed expectations and have done well showing the Ranger Way. Musical practices started this week and we are looking forward to a wonderful performance in March. Our food drive also started this week, our leadership students have been working hard to get it all set up. Have a fantastic weekend!

As we work to enhance the White River School District’s transportation services and improve our car pick up and drop off systems, we would like to better understand your family’s transportation choices. We recognize that each family’s needs are unique, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us support options for all students. Vada was recognized as our Superintendent and Board Star for her kindness, curiosity and academic growth. Congratulations!

During the month of January, Elk Ridge classrooms will be collecting food to support the Buckley Kiwanis Food Bank. Every year, our Elk Ridge Rangers and their families make an incredible impact by donating more food than any other elementary school in the White River School District. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our amazing Ranger families, we collected over 7,000 pounds of food! Let’s come together once again to make a difference in our community.
