ALL CURRENT JUNIORS & SOPHOMORES ARE REQUIRED TO JOIN THE FOLLOWING TWO GROUPS:

1. "2025-2026 PLANO BAND" Google Classroom (students only)

2. "25-26 Plano Band" on the BAND App! (Parents are encouraged to join as well!)

Plano Chamber Winds Festival, February 24 - $10 entry fee PAST DUE

• WE Percussion - Go to lunch during 4th period

2. 25-26 Plano Drumline Workshop, today 4:45-6:45

3. Trip Sign-Ups, BEGIN today, END Mar 3

• The link to sign up for buses, rooms, and the Sunset Cruise will be posted on Google Classroom at 9:00p this evening. You must sign up for (1) bus, (1) Sunset Cruise, and a room. There will be (6) people to a room. Anyone who does not sign up for all (3) items will be assigned them!!! Please take care and be intentional in your sign-ups.
• A word of caution: If unexpected drama/issues result from the online sign-up process, then the online process will be scrapped and sign-ups will be held in-person on February 28 @ 7:15a!!!
• NOTE: you may only sign up if you have paid your family contribution in full!!!

4. Full Orchestra Rehearsal, tomorrow, 4:45-6:45p (last one before UIL!)

5. Band Booster Meeting, tomorrow, 7:00p

6. Plano Cluster MS Pre-UIL, Wednesday-Thursday @ PSHS

• HONORS BAND Google Classroom (honors band students are required to join if not already a member.)

1. Jack Delaney Clinic, March 3 during all band classes + WE Afterschool 4:45-6:45p

2. UIL Orchestra Concert & Sightreading Evaluation, March 4 @ RFAC

• Class release: periods 3-7
• Meet in orch. room at 11:30a in full concert attire with everything you need for the day (music, instrument, accessories)
• Performance: 1:20p
• Sightreading: 2:05p
• Return to PSHS: 4:00p
• Bring $$$ for CiCi's

3. SAT Day - All Juniors, March 5

4. Concert Band After School Rehearsal, March 5 4:45-6:45p (TEST GRADE)

5. Plano Cluster Pre-UIL Concert Series, March 6-7 6-9p (test grade for all students)

• Thursday, March 6
• Concert Band: Uncase in Ens. Room, Warm-up 5:40p In Dance Rm, Perform 6:30p, Clinic immediately following in Orch. Room
• Symphonic Band: Uncase Instr. Storage, Warm-up 7:10p In Band Hall, Perform 8:00p, Clinic immediately following on stage
• Friday, March 7
• Wind Ensemble: Uncase Instr. Storage, Warm-up 6:40p in Band Hall, Perform 7:30p, Clinic immediately following on stage
