Tier 1 Team Training
Hybrid Series
This PBIS training focused on establishing or revitalizing the Universal framework schools and districts use to deliver and support behavior, social emotional, and character-building instruction. In this series participating teams will learn the purpose of core components of an equitable multi-level system of support (EMLSS) related to Tier 1 behavior and social-emotional instruction and supports. Teams will be guided to develop or refine each core component of the framework to meet the needs of and be responsive to students, staff, and families. This training is designed to embed equitable practices in Universal PBIS systems and aligns to the latest guidance and materials available from the National Center on PBIS.
Learning Outcomes:
- Leaders will understand the requirements for successful and sustainable Universal foundation implementation.
- Teams will learn the critical concepts necessary for a universal behavior support foundation and develop draft elements needed to successfully implement.
- Teams will learn adaptive content related to making implementation sustainable over time and more responsive to building needs.

Reimagining Behavior support costs: $800 per team up to 8 people, $50 each additional person.
