Greetings Wolf Pack!
We have almost made it! One more week until Spring Break. We are INCREDIBLY proud of our Wolves and all they have done this year in and outside the classroom. From increased attendance across the board, to working hard this past week at the ACT, organizing and leading events like the Women's History Panel, thriving athletics and activities, it has been a fantastic year. We have one more week to finish strong and then everyone gets a well-deserved break. No matter what your Spring Break holds we hope that it is restful, restorative and safe.
There will be no Howl next week 3/23 due to Spring Break.

Women's History Month
Following the panel discussion the students from Ms. Kenney's class and others that signed up in FlexiSched were able to participate in a in depth conversation with panelist.
This week we are excited for students and staff alike to participate in our Women's History Month dress up week, starting tomorrow with Be Comfortable in your Own Skin- PAJAMA DAY! Students don't forget to sign up for self defense in Flexi for Wednesday.
Student/Staff Basketball Game on Friday
This week we will host our annual student/staff basketball game for a community celebration heading into Spring Break. It will also be a time to acknowledge many of the achievements of our incredible scholars so far this year.
Quarter Ending After Break
It's hard to believe but 3rd quarter is drawing to a close. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT GRADING DEADLINE for ALL STUDENT ATHLETES AND ACTIVITIES PARTICIPANTS.
- The quarter ends the Tuesday we return from break, Tuesday, April 1st.
- Any student earning an F during that progress report that is participating in a Spring sport or currently in an activity will receive an AUTOMATIC 15 SCHOOL DAY suspension!
- Even if you complete the assignments or improve the grade after its posted, it will not change the suspension, this is a WIAA rule.
- This includes SP30.
- Please work this week to ensure your grades are in great shape going into break so that you don't have to sweat it coming back from break.

- Use your study hall to focus on academics
Goal- 100%:
- At the semester we had 99.4% of our student athletes/activity participants eligible with all passing grades. This time our goal is 100%!
Time for the Lost to be Found
All these coats will be going on vacation for spring break and not returning! If you are missing something, please stop by the Front Office to check the Lost & Found by FRIDAY the 21st. After that, all the items left will be donated.
We also have lost:
- Jewelry
- Water bottles
- Shoes
- Airpods
- Airpod cases
It will all be cleared out after break. Come check it out if you are missing something and see if it is here.
College Visits this Week
- A rep from UW Milwaukee will be here on Wednesday, March 19 during WIN time. Sign up in FlexiSched with Mrs. Griffin.
JUNIORS!
Juniors! Thank you to those who attended your Junior Academic and Career Planning Presentation on March 14, 2025 during SP30. Now that you have had time to review the Junior Planning Presentation, schedule a time TODAY to meet with your counselor for your 1:1 Junior meeting follow up. Our goal is to meet with 100% of our juniors to hear your wonderings, dreams, goals and plans for after high school so we can assist you in the next steps.

AP Proctors Needed
Support scholars taking national exams by becoming an AP Proctor!
We are seeking proctors to work between May 5 and May 23 at East High School, West High School, and the PLC at the Hilltop Campus. Test proctors are responsible for test room security and the administration of exams. We have many opportunities to help, both full day and half day. Pay is $20/hour and proctors must be high school graduates over the age of 18 and pass a background check. Please complete this form by April 2 to indicate your interest, and share with your neighbors!

Music Residency

Home Construction
Did you know that our students partner with Tim O'Brien homes to build a house in our community. The kids work hard and play hard.
Algebra 1
The Algebra 1 students worked in teams to figure out the largest area for a garden where only 32 feet of fencing could be used. This was the first day of their quadratics unit, and they were able to use prior knowledge to make a quadratic equation, table, and graph!
Geometry
Geometry students worked for the “shape factory” and fulfilled orders based on the information given. Then they kept track to “win” the most business
Forensics Dominates Again
Sun Prairie East hosted our tournament today! Congratulations to SP West for winning first place in large teams! Thank you our team families for their support all season but especially for their help today! Shout out to our seniors for making the day extra bright
Wolf Study Lounge
New Year, Same Supports! We’re excited to share some updates to our before and after school tutoring support program to better support your learning:
Afternoon Study Lounge Relocated: The afternoon study hall has been moved to a new space—the Library—to provide a more focused and resource-rich environment.
Additional Teacher Support: We’ve added more teachers to our tutoring sessions to ensure students get the help they need.
Be sure to take advantage of these new changes and set yourself up for success this year!

Talent Hunt
Men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity have finalized plans forthey upcoming Talent Hunt event! The event will take place on Saturday, April 5th, at 1pm in the Theater at Madison East High School!
We are welcoming students of all talents :) vocal, instrumental, dance, visual or photography, spoken word, all of the above! PLEASE HAVE STUDENTS USE THE QR CODE TO REGISTER BY MARCH 21ST!
First Place Prize is $500!
Second Place Prize is $300!
Third Place Prize is $100!
We will also have door prizes and a few performances from local and nearby community members!
