Virtual Conference Options

Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling for virtual Zoom meetings will be completed through the PTC Wizard system for Grades 3-8. Sprague teachers will reach out to families to schedule their own conferences. The PTC Wizard system will open on Wednesday, November 9, at 7 p.m. and close on Tuesday, November 15, at 11:59 p.m.


Conference Schedule:

  • Thursday, November 17 between 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

  • Monday, November 21 between 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

  • Monday, November 21 between 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.


Recently, you received an email from support@ptcwizard.com with your login information. The primary family contact for your student (as parents identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration) received the email communication from PTC Wizard. Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that our families with two households collaborate to find a time for both parents to attend each teacher conference.

Conference Options

When you access the virtual conference options for Daniel Wright you will see four conference options. They are outlined below:


  1. PTC: CORE - ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish (Limit two)

    1. When this conference is selected you will see the teachers associated with your child.

    2. Please only select two teachers that you would like to see availability. The system will allow you to keep all teachers “checked”, but it will limit you to scheduling conferences with only two teachers.

  2. PTC: CAPE - Creative Arts, Health, PE, STEM

    1. When this conference is selected you will see the teachers associated with your child.

    2. You will be able to schedule a conference with any teacher your child is associated with and you will not be limited to only two teachers.

    3. There is also an option to “Show More Teachers”. If you select this link, you will be able to see the availability for any teacher within this option to schedule a conference.

  3. PTC: INTERVENTIONISTS - Case Managers, ELL, REACH, RTI

    1. When this conference is selected you will see the teachers associated with your child.

    2. You will be able to schedule a conference with any teacher your child is associated with and is not limited to only two teachers.

  4. PTC: SUPPORT STAFF - Psychologist, Social Workers

    1. You will be able to schedule a conference with any support staff.


The virtual Zoom conferences at Daniel Wright Junior High School are 10 minutes in length. You will not receive an email from individual teachers. Once the conference scheduling window has closed an email will be sent from PTC Wizard with Zoom links for each meeting.


As you begin to sign up with teachers you will see your schedule updated in the system. Once your conferences are scheduled, you may modify or delete your scheduled appointment at any time up until the conference scheduler closes at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, November 15.

Conferences for Students at Two Schools

Families with students at both Daniel Wright Junior High School and Half Day School can schedule conferences at both schools, from the same log in. Your conferences for both schools will be displayed in your schedule.


If you have any log in issues, please contact Gayathri Kalyanaraman at gkalyanaraman@d103.org. Mrs. Kalyanaraman will be available to provide support on Wednesday, November 9, from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and then during normal office hours (8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on the remaining days.


Translator services are available for our families who may require that service. Please contact Assistant Principal, Melody Littlefair at mlittlefair@d103.org as soon as possible if you are in need of a translator for your conferences.
